Parent Support

Welcome to TBAC (Training and Building Achievement Centre) as an organisation we fundamentally believe in developing active relationships based on participation and collaboration. This approach is based on experience and has proved to be mutually beneficial offering a positive partnership between you, your child and ourselves. As a provision we are committed to working with you every step of the way to offer hands on support and practical guidance should you request or seek our assistance. Please read, below to get an idea of how we plan to deliver this personalised support because we know one size doesn’t fit all.

Our Centre’s opening hours are 9.30am – 3.00pm (there is usually a member of staff on the premise from 9am for parents who need to drop off their child early), it is important that your child arrives on time in order to get the best from their time here. If you have any issues or concern with your child’s attendance please contact us, we will try and support you in any way we can. We hope your child’s time here with us will be enjoyable and successful.

Parent/Carer Support

We are committed to raise the academic and social aspirations and achievements of children and young people who attend the centre by engaging parents in the education process and helping them to work in partnership as part of the learning process. Parents/Carers can also benefits from an in-house mentoring services should you request our support.

What parents are saying about us

My child wouldn’t have got this far without the support he received. Thank you!

My child has shown and made more progress in his time with you than he has in the other provisions. He values the one to one sessions with his tutor. I’ve not see him this happy about any school subject some time.

My son’s attendance has been so much better with you than with any other provision. Previously, it was very difficult to get him out of bed, now he gets up by himself each morning.
